Ride for Maggi!

THE MAIN PLAN

The winter had freezed the body early in the evening, to get something hot and spicy to eat came on the list. The chicken roll and the local Chinese were always the options. Then the idea of having Maggi at local thelas in Lonavala which are open all night came in mind. Completing some important work stuff we started our journey; technically a new day had just started. In few minutes we were on NH4 riding towards Lonavala. The highway being fully occupied during the day time was bit mild and calm with cold breeze and wind shivering the body. Sometimes overtaking the vehicles and sometimes driving slowly with music playing in the background and enjoying the ride we were in Lonavala.

And the wait was finally over. The hot and spicy Maggi noodles were served with some tea and biscuits.

And that was what the ride was meant for, satisfying the inner soul with what it wanted.

THE EXTENDED PLAN

But now it was time to for a little adventure, to drive along the curves and reach Lions Point. To the small adventure ride the atmosphere increased the difficulty level with some fog.

The density of fog kept on increasing with the rise in our latitude. And it was like driving in a zero visibility zone.

 Zero visibility

The road uphill needs many gear shift which is the ultimate passion of a rider apart from speeding.

The fog had also disturbed the scenic view from the top. But some corn bhaji from the food stalls and the bonfire made the night.

Corn bhaji

The point well known for loud music, people dancing crazily, people drinking and smoking all over and enjoying the weekend was calm for today's night. And it feels something when some unusual things happens. When the things happens exactly in the opposite way as you expected them.

The real joy of life was here, the place between nowhere and somewhere. When most of the world was down with their sleep I was busy observing how the natural cold wind and the heat of the bonfire was keeping me warm. The same thing happens with all of us in this God gifted world we keep ourselves busy in finding happiness in the material things. With the silence in the atmosphere I was lost in my thoughts; planning and getting prepared for the life to come. Then finally it was time to get back in the so called our world.

The journey made up for the day. I was happy to get some peace and time for self, the Maggi, the road uphill and the Journey itself.
